JHS Community has come out with new program options to fit your healthcare needs. Distinct, Diverse, Dynamic, and Dynasty are all popular program options chosen amongst our members. Here’s what you need to know about how these program options can help you, and the unique way that JHS Community is designed to support people who need it.

Distinct

Our goal is to provide each of our members with the unique support that they need for their medical care. Distinct provides our members with three different levels, to allow our members to customize their program to best fit their healthcare needs. This program includes sharing options for services like primary and urgent care visits, hospitalization, prescription drugs, and so much more!

Diverse and Dynamic

Diverse and Dynamic are similar program options that include sharing options for services like maternity care, wellness services, imaging and labs, primary and urgent care visits, and more! Each of our program options gives you the option of choosing from three different Member Responsibility Amounts within that program, based on your needs and budget.

Dynamic

When you enroll in one of our other three programs, you can also add eligibility for your dental needs through Dynasty. This allows you to experience additional savings on preventive, basic, and major dental expenses depending on which annual maximum sharing limit you choose.
